No-Fault Eviction Bill Fails a Third Time. Renters Say Housing Situation is Dire

Waterbury Settles Tax Dispute Over Brookside Housing Cooperatives

All In Alliances Presented with 2024 Citizen Planner Award at Annual Conference of Connecticut City Planners

March 22, 2024 - SOUTHINGTON, CT - Today the Connecticut Chapter of the American Planning Association (CCAPA) presented the All In Alliances in Ansonia, Derby, Milford, Oxford, Seymour, and Waterbury with their 2024 Citizen Planner Award, at their annual awards luncheon.  The ceremony was attended by over 60 Connecticut city planners and colleagues in government, public service, and philanthropy.
