Milford P&Z Unanimously Approves New Beth-El Center

June 19, 2024 - MILFORD,CT - Last night the Milford Planning and Zoning Board unanimously approved Beth-El Center's proposed new operations site at 993 Bridgeport Avenue in Milford. In addition, there were over thirty written letters of support for the project plus fifty supporters who were present at the Planning and Zoning meeting. April 13, 2024 - NEW HAVEN, CT - Leaders of multiple All In Alliance chapters joined forces with Naugatuck Valley Project (NVP), union organizers, and housing advocates at New Haven City Hall at a rally in support of the Emerson Tenants Union. All In Leaders Tour Tiny Home Human Rights Zone

April 13, 2024 - NEW HAVEN, CT - In an effort to explore innovative solutions to the housing crisis, All In Alliance leaders gathered at Amistad House of Hospitality, home of activists Mark and Luz Colville, to tour Rosette Village.When the COVID-19 Pandemic accelerated the housing crisis and forced untold numbers of individuals and families out of their homes, many found refuge in encampments. All In Alliances Presented with 2024 Citizen Planner Award at Annual Conference of Connecticut City Planners

March 22, 2024 - SOUTHINGTON, CT - Today the Connecticut Chapter of the American Planning Association (CCAPA) presented the All In Alliances in Ansonia, Derby, Milford, Oxford, Seymour, and Waterbury with their 2024 Citizen Planner Award, at their annual awards luncheon.  The ceremony was attended by over 60 Connecticut city planners and colleagues in government, public service, and philanthropy.   CCAPA board member Debbie Lawlor, who offered the award, said “the All In Alliances are the recognized voice for the underdog.”  She continued, “We believe in what you’re doing, and we need what you’re doing to support our efforts all around the state.” ...
